30 weeks.

30 weeks along! I have been having tons of emotions come out, mostly I feel excited, super anxious and I am starting to get a little nervous! Also, other emotions are wacked out---I freaked out about the cutting boards a couple days ago, because they kept falling behind the counter and for some reason that was a good excuse to yell at my husband for not helping me and I ran to the bathroom to cry for a little bit (even though we all know that Connel helps me ALL THE TIME...he has been super amazing and I couldn't ask for more)! I apologized though...after he got the cutting boards...

I hope that our Childbirth class (starting tonight!) will help out with the nervous feeling a little bit...or who knows... it might make me more nervous! I have also been starting to feel like I have so much to do before the baby gets here! Even though, in the back of my mind I know that we can get done with the most important things in 10 weeks or less, but I still have the urge to clean and organize and clean and organize and clean and organize!!! I'm sure Connel loves that I am actually getting something done! Hee hee!

I went to the doctor again yesterday and everything was fine (except for the embarrasing part when I had to much sugar in my ((ahem)) urine... because I had 2 glasses of OJ in the morning and toast with honey on it...oops!)

They did another ultrasound because the perinatologist---(I think that's the right name for that kind of doctor)---was concerned about our baby girl's size. He was going off of the Dec 1 due date and so because of that, she was in the 25th percentile, if the baby is below the 3oth percentile, then they have to check to make sure the umbilical cord is not getting blocked and that the baby has the sufficient amount of blood flow so she can grow and get the nutrients that she needs. However, when they did the ultrasound she was measuring fine (above the 30th percentile for the Dec 1st due date and in the 51st percentile for the Dec 9th due date) and her umbilical cord was perfect...sigh of relief! The estimated weight was 3 lbs 5 oz, so she gained a pound in two weeks---the little porker! :) Oh...I guess I should speak for myself in that area! I feel HUGE!

So, she was doing just fine and being such a little wiggly worm the entire ultrasound...they were going to give us some more picture of her cute little face, but she was being stubborn and wouldn't show it to us! Also, her head was really far down in my pelvis and they were concerned about that, so they checked everything and without going into all the details...we'll just say that it was all A-okay. So NO WORRIES! (Emily... Mom... ;)

Here I am at 30 weeks!
