action.

Sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the goals and resolutions that we make for the New Year. I know it is for me. There are so many things that I want/need to improve that I really get engulfed by it all, especcially then life happens! :) In fact, I know I made a resolution for last year, but with everything else...I don't even remember what it was! Haha! So this year I have been inspired* to choose ONE WORD that will be the theme for the year. I think this is such a great idea! It seems so simple, yet, when I think about it, one simple word can be incorporated into almost every aspect in my life.

I have chosen the word ACTION.

I am going to be productive. I want to get far away from procrastination and putting important things off. There are times that I let less important things take precedence over things that are more important. This includes everything from making dinner to making the bed to making that darned Dentist appointment...and for heavens sakes...I am going to finish that Quilt that I started two years ago! I want to be active. I want to be physically active and healthy. I want to eat well and be fit. No more being the passive stranger...when I see some one who needs help, I want to help them, what can it hurt? Maybe I will be involved in a cause that mean something to me, not just donating money, but donating my time and efforts. I will be active in the gospel. I will share it more, I will show it in my actions. :) I am going to make plans to do the important things and do them...today! Not tomorrow.

Yay! I feel good!
